Restroom Accessibility

Accessible Restrooms

Or
Well, You Know!

Public restrooms are a benefit that make shopping, dining, or recreating at your place of business comfortable and convenient.

  1. Relocating mirrors, towels, soap, and toilet paper within accessible reach ranges can often be easily accomplished. Or you can just add one more.
  2. Installing grab bars around toilets makes them usable for everyone.
  3. Adding a full length mirror can remedy a mirror placed too high on the wall.
  4. Widening or removing stalls to create a single use restroom can often be the simplest solution.
  5. If it is physically impossible or very expensive to renovate your restroom, ask your business neighbor if you can direct patrons to the accessible restroom next door.
